Stephanie Wilson has a PhD in Music and a Graduate Certificate in University Learning and Teaching from UNSW. She has spent the past four years engaged in supporting a large-scale curriculum development process in the Faculty of Built Environment, University of New South Wales (UNSW). Previously she was a Lecturer in Higher Education in the Learning and Teaching Unit at UNSW and has vast experience in managing learning and teaching projects in higher education at both the institutional and faculty level. Wilson was Project Manager for the ALTC-funded Curriculum Development in Studio Teaching project in its final year (lead institution UNSW). The project was recognised as an example of ‘good practice’ by ALTC. Wilson has recently published on studio teaching, interdisciplinary learning and teaching in built environment education, and the future of design practice.
